Jenna Scott started J Scott Fitness in 2013 after her first son was born. Jenna had been working at the well renowned, LA PALESTRA in New York City for over 5 years both as an exercise specialist and facility manager. However, with children came the new found balance between mothering and a career. Jenna opened J Scott Fitness in order to ease that balance.
As a personal trainer for over 10 years, Jenna realized being "healthy" was not just about the physical exercises. The behavioral side of being "healthy" became a priority when the stresses of children, family, work, and life started to affected both her and her clients. Being "healthy" became more of an inside job.
Jenna's goal is to create a space where connections can be made, discussions can be had, and goals can be met.
